Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. "We loved our stay here. The house was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and super comfortable with a stunning view of the bay from the rear. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and about the same to the local supermarket the location is ideal. Would definitely revisit if it was available."

"We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place."

"Excellent We loved everything. Just 2 minor bits of feedback - found the cooker took ages to warm up and wasn’t easy to use. Also the sofa was very uncomfortable and unable to accommodate us 4 to watch tv. Very minor things - otherwise we had a WONDERFUL stay and would totally recommend the property Thank you!!"

"Apartment is beautiful, in decor, style and a lot of thought has gone into creating this space. Had lots of personal touches and Serena and Alec are most welcoming and kind.
