“Cozy and cute ”

“We've stayed at a few Ritz-Carlton resorts including New Orleans and Turks & Caicos a month or two after it opened and this one did not disappoint! We loved it so much we applied for a Ritz-Carlton credit card...the resort is tucked away in the mountains of Truckee and it's absolutely beautiful. “Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere.
