"The room was pretty clean. I wouldn’t say perfect or clean to my standards. There was moldy spots in the shower and one of the comforters still had a blood stain on it. Looked fresh. But overall clean as in cleaner than most hotels. The staff was odd, not very welcoming at first and didn’t really explain the property in its entirety. Like where do we go to ski, where’s the movie theater in the hotel and how do you find the gondola. Stuff like that. They didn’t inform you of charges either. But I liked the different kid amenities like the game room, the kid room where they do tons of activities. And the escape room. We rented out the theater but I’m not sure how much it was? I think it was pricey after seeing the charge. The restaurants and shops were close. I would come back next year for skiing. We didn’t ski this time. It looked okay to get to the mountain, you have to take a bus. So idk. I could see why other reviewers complained about the hike to the mountain. We seemed pretty far. "
