I think it’s the Culture of Company which determine their quality of services. Hardware is basically fine cause it’s new. Furnishings are basic for which focus on durability instead of hospitality. I hope the Hotel can at least improve check in and out service. It’s really bad.

The maintenance of the hotel is quite poor, though the hotel is not new anymore, the condition is not kept like that, the lift doors are with rust, the wooden floor is with a lot of loosen pieces, the bath tub stopper is not working.
