The entire building was extremely hot because AC was broken and we were told they are not fixing it because it cost 10k. First room we went to took another 30 minutes to get into. The key card unit was broken. When the front desk clerk opened it and turned on the light and smashed a cockroach in front of my girl and me. He left and we proceeded to see cockroaches come out of the walls. The room reeked f cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room that was cockroach-free but just as bad. Trash filled room with all of the trash swept under the beds. TV did not work and did not have a working remote. Tub did not drain, toilet barely flushed and it smelled terrible. No refund or extra night free because we were told we booked on Expedia. I would highly not recommend this place. It needs to condemned or shut completely down for a full renovation. Talk about disgusting .
