Beautiful, clean and cool (I visited in August so this was very important). There’s no restaurant and not a lot within walking distance, that’s my only complaint.

Great stay

The place is a bit isolated which was actually quite nice because it was quiet. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchen which was very convenient! The beds are firm but still comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!

My family and i love the rooms, kitchen area and access to the roof. Its was exactly as the pictures. The staff was very kind and they waited for us because we got lost and got to the hotel really late. I would definitely stay here next time. When i go with my family and friends. I really recommend.

First, Brenda was a huge help during our stay. She helped with any problem we had. The hotel isn’t too far from the center of town we’re you’ll find most of the good food. It gets a little dark if your not comfortable with the area you might want to stick to taxis or a car at night. It’s only about a 10 min walk but you’ll have to go through neighborhoods that get really dark so we walked during the day and took taxis at night. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Azul Tulum

Clean, modern, great kitchen, good air conditioning, good staff. The room was mid-labeled though but said “two king beds, two double beds and a twin sleeper sofa”. There was no sleeper sofa! We needed that sleeper sofa-one if our guests had to sleep in the top of the couch with sheets only. They did not have extra blanket for her.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

Have stayed at Azul a few other times, always great experiences including this last one with the exception of some guest from Argentina or South America that were loud and noisy, children running around inside hallways and parents did not control them. It would be nicer to put signs that read to be mindful of other guest that are also staying and to keep voice down. I understand we paid , they paid but hotels needs to make sure everything is satisfied. My daughter-in-Law had a terrible migraine that hearing all that did not hel!
