Great location. Wasn't quite as nice as I'd hoped. Dishwasher leaked. We called 3 times to get a key for the garage and no one showed up. A neighbor who did have a key let us in. It's a lively setting...party atmosphere.

Great Location

The weather wasn't that great for sun on the beach but because it was a great location and had a great view. It was still awesome!!!

Birthday weekend with old friends!

Property was excellent and location was superb! Parking for a third vehicle is difficult but we were able to work it out with other residents at facility!

great view

We loved the oceanfront view and location of the property. We had trouble working the deadbolt lock the entire duration of the trip to enter and exit the condo. The main shower was a little rough.

Break by the beach

We were there for the xmas break with two small children. We loved the proximity to the beach, literally a 2 minute walk and my grandson loved building sandcastles. The cleanliness was ok but we did have issues with not enough trash bags, 2 for a 5 people and 2 babies. Both toilets frequently had to have the backs taken off for them to run and the handle on the shower in the main bathroom felt like it would come off the wall. The one time we needed to communicate with somebody it took hours to get a response, we were able to involve a neighbour who helped.

Tybee perfection

This property exceeded expectations. It was pristine, all the electronics worked, parking was simple, the view was everything, the location was perfect. I would return here again and again!!!

WORST VACATION EVER!!!

First off. I wanna say thank you to LAMARK ❤️ He did EVERYTHING he could to make my family’s vacation everything it SHOULD have been! And I wanna say a big big thank you to him! He is absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! His customer service is absolutely outstanding and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have had the great time that we did have in Tybee Island! 🏝 Now… with that being said..let me begin… This was the 1st family vacation we have ever been able to take. We are young parents and we have saved for almost 3 years to be able to finally take this vacation. So you can see how extremely excited we was when we got the confirmation for the property! We packed our bags and left the next day! We drove for 7 1/2 hours with our 4 kids. When we finally got there and saw the beach front we were so excited! We could not contain ourselves anymore we park the car started screaming with excitement ran up the steps put in the code that was emailed to us AND NOTHING!!!! The code was NOT working!!! 😤😣 we continue to try over and over again and still NOTHING!!! We called the number on the door. Nothing we emailed everyone we could think of and nothing! Finally after about 2 1/2 hours we was connected to LAMARK who was able to send us the correct passcode. FINALLY WE ARE IN! But now it’s 8:30pm and my husbands SUPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY that I had planned was gone and over! 😢LAMARK said that he was so sorry and that we could stay an extra night for free. We agreed to his offer and I got to work re planning my husband’s SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY that now will take place on the day that we was told we could stay for free. So at 6:00pm Aug.4th.2022 we woke up walked down to the beach and was enjoying some family time and we start getting a phone call from this woman started calling saying we needed to leave the condo immediately and if we don’t then she will call the police to have us escorted off the property. THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING! For the 2nd time now my husband’s birthday party was ruined family came for nothing. We decided to just go back to the condo and pack up and not let them spoil the time we had left. The women who called was the most raciest person I’ve ever met. The way she looked at us was disgusting and her words was like poison. The man who promised us the condo for another night was NO HELP at all! Please don’t waist your MONEY on this place. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!

Sliding glass door extremely difficult to open.

Great location. The Front sliding glass door was opened upon arriving. It made the condo extremely hot. The sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open. We had to enter through our guests bedroom, to get to the deck. Extremely intrusive going through the bedroom. The battery on the key pad died. It took an hour before I could get back in the condo. Disappointing.

Not good for the price

The first day we got there around 5pm and it was 80 degrees because the AC was turned off. So, we turned the AC on. The house temperature remained at 80 degrees until noon the next day. We tried to get in contact with the person in charge the same night, but she/he never answered. We called another number that was provided on the welcome handbook and spoke to a lady who told us that someone will come to the house to see what is wrong with the AC. No one came to fix the AC at all. The first night was very uncomfortable trying to sleep with the house being so hot. The house was full of aunts and spiders everywhere. Definitely a bad experience.

Prom Weekend

This condo is gorgeous! Lots of room, all of the amenities. We had a fantastic weekend! The beach is just across the parking lot. The only comments I have are that Vacasa says that you can text them, and I did that but never heard back from anyone. I also had emails from two different people, I replied to their emails and they never contacted me. I had to get on the phone and wait to speak to someone. Also, the air conditioner in the unit could not keep up. It was a constant 75° and only could catch up overnight.

Great Island Vacation

The condo was clean and spacious. The view is beautiful - sunrise in the morning were stunning. The location is great. Can walk to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous family vacation here and would highly recommend!!

Vacation Get Away

Good location, beautiful ocean view. Well stocked kitchen. Clean. Bed mattress in 2nd bedroom is very soft. Brown coach very uncomfortable.
