This was a cute little room with a slight view of the ocean. There are a lot of boats that go through there so that was neat to watch and our first day there we saw quite a few Dolphins however sadly we didn't see any after the 1st day. The room itself was decorated nicely in Seaside deco. Personally due to the layout and you walking right into the bedroom, I feel the condo best accommodates two people any more than that I feel would be a bit crowded. However the couch was comfortable ended have a pull-out bed so you definitely could have up to two more. The flooring could use a bit of help as some tiles are coming up and the sliding glass door was a little difficult to open so may need some maintenance. Loved the direct beach access and being able to walk right out to the water and the beach itself is nice.

We loved the adorable condo decorated with an ocean vibe. It was very clean and was stocked with the essentials. Having a very close beach access was convenient. It was handy having the laundry area directly across the hall. Our only wish was that the pool would have been heated as stated. We most definitely would return to this lovely property.

Overall, we had a GREAT stay! It got off to a rocky start, with the Internet not working. The property manager reached out to us to see how things were going and was able to help us troubleshoot. I hadn't even thought about contacting them. They had us unplug the router for a few minutes and it worked!! Directly following that, we went to charge our electric rental car (property manager was able to tell us where to go to do that). It just so happened to be on our side of the island. Long story short, our rental car stranded us there and robbed us of at least four hours of our best vacation day!! Well, we had discovered that there were some really great restaurant/bars within walking distance. We enjoyed Zanzibar and Hucapoos immensely!! There were also some really cute shops over there. We also used Breezy Cab service to go check out the South side of the island. It's only 5 per person! We really didn't need that stupid rental car. Back to the place, it was super clean and had everything we needed! The bed was VERY comfortable. We loved sitting on the covered balcony. It was super private and we really enjoyed the views, especially watching the big freighter boats. We were even able to sit out there when there were brief rain showers. The only let down was that the heated pool that we were supposed to have access to was on the other side of the island, but definitely not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay at this rental again!!

The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different...

Nice Stay

Very clean property. Location was quiet and the beach felt private. Bathroom was small but overall we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owners was easy and very responsive. We would return.

A Spring Getaway to Tybee Island

The process of booking this trip was seamless. Once the booking online was completed, the communications was mostly through email, which was clear and concise. We did not have to deal with anyone face to face or on the phone. Everything that was promised was delivered and that was vital in us enjoying our time at the beach.

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay at Sun and Fun. It was clean and nicely decorated. The king bed was also very comfortable. Boardwalk to the beach was a big plus. The people above us were smokers, so we didn’t spend any time on our balcony for that reason. Directions to check-in stated we would find a card to swipe and enter the property AND a key. There was no key. We called customer service who said we don’t need a key as the locks had been updated for keyless entry. Rental company just needs to update their directions.Our only complaint is that there were no hangers or hooks for clothes. Obviously, this is an easy fix.Overall, a very good experience!

Great spot in a great location

We stayed here to visit Savannah during the off season (Feb), and it was great. We did go out on the beach on a warm day and it was a great little spot. The bed was comfortable. We'd definitely come back.

We found the check-in process easy to follow. The rental was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and a nice comfy bed. Very clean. Unfortunately the pool was not open due to the time of travel (mid-November, mid-week). We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice, clean condo

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in August. The property was clean and well stocked. The accommodations are ideal for a couple. Access to the beach was steps away. The check in process was easy and had clear instructions. We enjoyed the balcony where we could watch ships and dolphins. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! My two adult daughters and I came for a girls trip. It was so relaxing. The property was just as described. It is cozy, beautiful, quiet and clean. It’s just close enough to Savannah for shopping, dining, etc. We also enjoyed playing pickleball and watching beautiful sunsets on the beach. Highly recommend!

Cute Beachfront view

Loved the apartment and deck looking out to the beachfront on the ocean inlet. Steps to the beach. Kitchen was well supplied with your needs to use. Brought bikes because you pay to park everywhere. Nice eats close by too. Pool on the premises is not heated but great to lay out. In town pool the rental company provides is great! If you rent a golf cart you can park anywhere free.

North Tybee tranquility!

Cute and very cozy condo with all you need for a peaceful stay. This area on North Tybee Island was nice and quiet in an area with a couple condo complexes but mostly single or double residential homes. Nice view, GORGEOUS sunset. Property manager immediately available, and very helpful when we called about lock box upon checkin. Recycling collection was just a couple streets up and around the corner. Definitely would stay again.
