Filthy full of bugs, there were roaches in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was closed, and the game room is right next to the pool and the floor is always soaked. My kids went to play ping pong and kept slipping on the floor. Huge hazard. The food in the restaurant is poor quality and overpriced. I explained all my concerns to the manager shareen and she did nothing. Definitely would not come here again.

Nice staff very clean but the room furniture was beat up. Really dirty chair arms scratches on all the wooden furniture could hear rhe guests next door pretty well aou ses lile they were sliding hangers in the closet a lot?? Bed was comfortable. Took awhile to get the room temp right way too still/hot when we got here took hours to cool down. In summary nice enough for the area which is very expensive to stay but property is a little run down

Hotel is very outdated. The entire floor smelled. In addition, the check in process took too long. For a hotel this size, they should have had more than one associate doing check in. Further, they have coffee in the lobby but no cups. You have to go to the check in desk (which is terribly understaffed) and buy a cup for $5. Seriously.
