Charged me for a night I didn't stay, called to make a change minutes after booking and they said they can't make changes. Then I get my room, not in the main building but in " the towers " which is so far from main lobby I can't order food in. Then, not they an hour, I go to grab food, come back and there is an old couple in my room. They gave my room key and checked another couple into a room I was already checked into. Obviously the system doesn't work great. Also no AC except the bedroom.
