Timber Creek 8B is a truly unique 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property
packed to the brim with homelike amenities. Fashionably furnished in a
mountain rustic resplendence with all the modern conveniences such as

private washer/dryer, and a warm and welcoming gas fireplace to bask
in front of after a long day on the mountain.

You will find off street parking very useful, and a spacious deck with
a grill overlooking the tranquil creek. Summer biking and hiking
trails are just outside your door in the summer, and the free Town of
Vail shuttle stops right outside the complex year round. Why wait? The

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MOUNTAIN HOME FROM DENVER: Take I-70 West to Exit
173 (West Vail).

At the bottom of the exit ramp, go counter-clockwise through the
roundabout and pass under I-70.

Take the first right at the next roundabout onto the South Frontage
Road, heading West.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MOUNTAIN HOME FROM EAGLE: Take I-70 East to Exit
173 (West Vail).

At the bottom of the exit ramp, take the first right onto the South
Frontage Road, heading West.

Continued: Head west .6 miles and turn left on Kinnickinnick Road.

Proceed .4 miles on Kinnickinnick Road then turn right into Timber
Creek.

#8B is in the middle of the second complex and the number is posted on
the driveway side.

You may park in front of the unit to load/unload only, and then move
your car to the parking spaces at the entrance of the complex.

Refer to the tablet inside the cabin for additional parking
information.

There will be an electronic deadbolt lock on the door.

Your Electronic Lock* Combination is: [Available in Guest Portal
starting 7 days prior to your arrival] *(unit does not require a key)

To UNLOCK, enter the code (the SCHLAGE button will flash green).
Rotate the thumb turn (where you would insert the key) left within
five seconds.

To lock the door, push the button, and rotate the thumb turn right
while the button is lit/flashing.

If it is dark out, press the SCHLAGE button to illuminate the keypad.
If too many incorrect user codes have been entered, (the green light
will not illuminate when numbers are pressed), wait 30 seconds and try
again.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, The BHHS office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday at (970) 476-3800. If it is after-hours, call the
number above and choose option #9 and have them page the Manager on
Duty.
