Holiday Home Carlotta by the Beach with Garden & Wi-Fi

The holiday home Carlotta is located in the residence Pineta Mare in Valledoria Sassari, just a short walk from the beach. consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. A baby cot is also available for an extra fee.

The house also boasts a private outdoor area where you can relax with a cocktail under the sun. This includes a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A shared tennis court is also available in the residence and can be used for an extra charge.

In approximately 6 minutes you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (1.1 km). The house is conveniently located just 5 minutes walking (500 m) from the beach Spiaggia San Pietro A Mare di Valledoria. Furthermore, a bus stop is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.

One private outdoor street parking.

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to recharge electric cars on the property.

A video camera continuously monitors the area near the garden access door (outside the rented space) 24/7, recording video only, without audio.

Insgesamt gut, für die Größe und Ausstattung zu teuer

Pros: Schöner Garten und gute Lage nahe Strand. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und insgesamt gut ausgestattet, leider fehlte der Toaster. Wir haben das gemeldet, er wurde aber nicht nachgeliefert. Ansonsten gute Kommunikation und einfacher Check-in. Cons: Haus liegt in Gebiet mit unbefestigten und sehr schlechten Strassen, tiefe Löcher und bei Regen sehr schlecht befahrbar. Das Haus ist wirklich klein, eigentlich nur ein Raum mit offener Empore plus separatem Schlafzimmer. Die Grundausstattung war extrem sparsam bemessen, das fanden wir etwas kleinlich für den Preis. In der Gegend sind sehr viele Katzen, sodass wir täglich etwas Geruchsbelästigung hatten und Kot im Garten aufkehren mussten.

Einfach Perfekt - gerne wieder

Pros: Nicht ganz 500 m und man ist am Meer. Wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Küche ist prima ausgestattet, sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, gemütlicher Außenbereich, Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung
