"This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. "Warm welcome by the owner in a beautiful village in a wonderful landscape. The flat is situated near the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In the morning you can have your fresh Baguette from different bakerys by foot. Or you'll have lunch or dinner in one of about 20 Restaurants around the corner. You have all opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and a lot of incredible, historic sites as the "Grotte Chauvet 2", Avignon, Pont du Gard.... Merci à Jacky et Jean-Marc pour leur hospitalité!"

However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). "We had a nice stay. The room was very spacious with plenty of closets and drawers. We stayed on the sofa bed downstairs because of the heat and the bed was still comfortable after 5 nights. The kitchen was also spacious and fully equipped. The bathroom was small, but functional. The owners very nice. The only downside were the mosquitoes. A good value. Thank you. "
