The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "I can’t say enough about Gemma, Alessandro and his wife. Do to delays during my travels I was very late getting to the apartment but they were all there to greet me which was just what I needed after my very long exhausting day. They took me into the apartment and showed me around making sure I was as settled as I could be. There was a list of near by restaurants and grocery stores this was super helpful.For me the location worked well. The apartment was clean. I would like to have had WIFI...

"A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"An excellent room but not if you have difficulty with stairs. If you do make it clear when booking. Would have liked drink-making facilities in the room. The hotel supplied suggestions for places to eat and I made use of them. The places I tried were good decisions. Breakfasts were a good choice of continental style food and having drinks made to order was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Being so close to the Basilica and the historic centre was brilliant. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. "
