Hotel room was clean but I had to request shampoo and conditioner the bottles were empty. Nice refrigerator and microwave in room. Our breakfast hostess on our way out was very pleasant and informative.

Pros- Friendly front desk staff. Great water pressure and HOT water, convenient location to stop for the night. Cons- DIRTY!! The bathtub hadn't been cleaned and had debris in it, no shampoo, the carpet was dirty and the corners along the baseboard were so dirty they were fuzzy with dust.

Good experience for a night stay over. The motel is aging but was clean, comfortable bed and the staff was helpful and couteous. Breakfast was provided but was limited to high carb food. Could use some cooked or hard boiled eggs and maybe some fresh fruit? It is what it is. It is not a high end hotel but it is not priced like one either. I would and have stayed there again.

Its a serviceable roadside inn and the location is good if you want to get to Guadalupe Mountains NP. Rooms were dated, but very clean. Breakfast had several options including waffles which is nice. Pool is out of commission which was a bummer in July. All in all decent hotel at a good price

Pretty good for really low price

We were unable to reach the front desk by phone before we arrived to confirm our reservation and to let them know we would arrive after midnight. There was a kiosk in the lobby when we arrived and it displayed a person we could talk to and check it. That was actually pretty easy! The room was good and the food for breakfast was good, also. And the pricing was really good for the room. Note, the pool was not usable.
