The property is situated in a peaceful, rural environment that is a short walk to the beach and still relatively close to neapolis, a bigger town. "This property is really special. It is spacious and beautiful and just has a certain quality about it. That makes you feel like a queen. The owner‘s mom lives down the hill and, although she doesn’t speak a lot of English, she was thorough in welcoming us and Showing us how to use the kitchen, etc. She had a crisper drawer full of fresh oranges and lemons and an electric orange juice maker. I did some laundry and hang it out on the line in the evening, and it smelled wonderfully fresh the next...

"This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. "Beautiful location! Lonesome between olive and orange trees. Nearly private, sandy beach without anyone else (except breeding turtles ;-) ... ); unbelievable view on the sea and the starlet sky. The property is very well equipped with everything. Tavern nearby with fresh fish - just ask Dimitri for fish of the day. Although we have been several time in Peloponnes, we never had such experience before and we were really sad to leave and would love to come back!! Only concern - heavy road."
