"This is our second year staying here. Last year we stayed at the Unit right next door but they're both identical. Last year was our first time in siesta key and loved our stay so we booked it again this year. We're a family of 4, my kids are 9 and 12 so having both kids in a separate bedroom with their separate beds is great. "Our family stayed at La Mia Casa, the listing of the rental was accurate so we weren’t surprised by anything. The host does a WONDERFUL job of providing any and everything you might need while you stay. The proximity to the beach and points of interest is great it never took us more than 10-15mins to go to the beach or eateries. Our host even extended our checkout which I thought was very nice."

"This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. We seriously hope we can come back again !"

"We chose this location because it was close to our daughter. We were very happy with how comfortable and clean everything was. Z welcomed us when we arrived with bottles of water in hand. My husband was excited that we could control the thermostat. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs where you can’t. We didn’t get to use the pool this time, but we’ll be back. So there’s always next time."

"If you need a place to stay because you are attending a race at Sarasota BMX then this is the place for you. There is a garage to store your bikes and you are in walking distance to the track. I never write reviews, but when renting a house can make it so easy to attend a national then I feel like other people should know."

"Property was excellent. Exactly as described. The location was great for us..easy access to the places we wanted to go and the things we wanted to do. Saw Circus Sarasota, took a LeBarge cruise, went to the symphony orchestra concert, saw a great magic show at the Van Wezel, Marie Selby Gardens and went to 2 spring training games! We had a great time!! Oh, we also went to the beach. Host was very easy to deal with when we had questions."

"The property is a great location with a short walk to the beach. It was clean and attractive and the beds were very comfortable and 2 full baths made it very nice for 4 friends traveling together. "This was our first time staying in this house. We go to Sarasota frequently. We appreciated the cleanliness and simplicity of the home. It has been updated on the inside with a very nice and roomy bathroom and a modern kitchen. Although it is a small house, it feels large because it is open in the shared areas.
