Best Resorts in Victoria

"We are locals and had a celebration to attend, so we decided to stay downtown. This is a basic hotel in a very convenient location in downtown Victoria BC. It is not a fancy place but breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable, and the room and property was clean and well maintained (May 2026). We enjoyed watching the horse trollys go down the street during breakfast, which had loads of food options. The dining area was spacious and clean and had a view of the parliament offices. The only downside to this stay was the room they had us in, #103, is above a delivery or pickup driveway of some sort. We were awoken quite early by very loud vehicle noise and subsequent banging of the garbage bin and other activities a couple times. So we were up an hour earlier than planned. There is always that room in a hotel, and we just happened to be assigned to it. Overall a nice stay."

"This is an older facility but it's been updated and it's clean and in a very convenient location. This was our second stay here and we will be back again. Comfortable and quiet and it's pet friendly. We really enjoyed our bike ride on the complimentary electric bikes and there is a pool table as well."
