"Brilliant stay! Paul & Walter were wonderfully warm, welcoming & helpful. Everything was very clean & the bed was very comfortable with soft linen. The shower had hot water with good pressure, and the on-site cafe was very reasonably priced. V close to main square & bus station. Would stay again if we return to Vicuña. "

"We stayed in the four-person cottage, which was apparently built by the proprietor, Jorge. It's spacious and eclectic with wonderful artistic touches in the cottage and around the property. The cottage is part of a developing eco-project that will ultimately be spectacular. Jorge is a cheerful and welcoming host. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered to our cottage! There is safe and secure parking off the street behind a locked gate. "

"The property is gorgeous, with inner courtyard gardens, pool, roof top hot-tubs and even massage! The meals were excellent and the staff friendly and communicative. The rooms , comfortable and the beds/bedding perfect for sleep. The bar, small, but well stocked and great place to get familiar with pisco sours! "

Chegamos no hotel e encontramos insetos e moscas mortas na nossa cama, pedimos para que a limpeza do quarto fosse realizada novamente mas mesmo assim o quarto estava sem condições de dormir lá. Ambiente externo mal cuidado, fomos no verão e a piscina muito suja, insetos mortos e teias de aranha espalhados por todo o hotel, fora bitucas de cigarro por todo o lugar e absolutamente todos os estofados estavam com mofo.
