Large, family house (200 sqm). Quiet but close to Copenhagen

Newly built in 2012 this house made for a larger family or 2 families on holiday together.
We have lived here for 7 years and have enjoyed every moment!

4 well-sized bedrooms each with a double bed and plenty of space for clothes and belongings. Space and potential for more beds if necessary. Area is very quiet with no traffic noise or similar.
Rooms are located along a hallway, so they are private and isolated from the noisy living room and kitchen. (see house schematic).
WIFI is included with high-speed Internet. Streaming services possible.
House is well-insulated from heat as well as cold. It has a small garden (500 sqm) and a spacious terrace. Room for 2 cars in driveway
Located in Virum close to Copenhagen (20 min by car, 25 min by train) but also close to the Furesø lake and nature side. Located close to a highway (1.5 km but you can't hear it due to trees and houses) everything around 30 km is accessible in 20-30 min. by car. This includes everything from museums and tourist attractions to nature sites and beaches.
Train station 1 KM away next to a large supermarket.
Lyngby is 3 km away (easy by train, bus or car) and can supply anything a family may need (including hard-to-find foods like vegan, organic, etc.) as well as cinema, numerous stores, restaurants, and 2 shopping centers.
All relevant appliances / machines like washer / dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, television, etc.
