“The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. “We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with our three teenagers. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, we were looking for a few quiet, relaxing days, and this was exactly what we needed. We loved slowing down, lounging by the pool, and enjoying the peaceful pace. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five, with two gorgeous bedrooms, a spacious living area, and excellent air conditioning. “We were made to feel so welcome by the lovely family that runs this B&B. The room we stayed in is large, comfortable and separate from the main residence. The breakfast was brilliant and an event in itself! There is plenty of parking if needed and a large garden to sit out in. Set in a quiet residential area it is a 10 minute walk to the edge of the historic centre. Highly recommended.”

“Mirko was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The shower had great water pressure, and I loved the light cotton towels, which dried very quickly. My window overlooked a secluded private garden, and on warm nights I could leave it open and fall asleep to the sound of crickets, then wake up to birdsong in the morning.
