“I've contacted Expedia regarding this hotel. How its staff is completely unprofessional to the point of insulting property upkeep non existent, and if you need proof just walk into their elevator and look at their homemade signs on the wall taped up about how many people can be in the elevator at a time and what the weight limit is maxed.At never seen anything like it. “The hotel needs updating badly. If it wasn’t the only one in town we would not have stayed. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets were old and a trip hazard. There was black mold in the bathroom, and the couch was actually peeling. The breakfast was fine but the cafe staff was rude and they actually had signs telling guests they couldn’t take plates back to their rooms if they didn’t want to eat in the empty and musty dining room.”

“As 2 women traveling, we were a bit hesitant after seeing the lobby. The check-in counter is behind plexiglass, and the decor is pretty dated. There are smoking rooms in the hotel so there is a smell throughout. However we were content with our room. It was clean enough and quiet. The air conditioner was old but worked. Honestly, no complaints. It was located conveniently for our event. We got what we paid for in a totally acceptable way 🙂”
