This facility is so well managed. It isn’t a new building, but you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and taking good care of their customers. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets in addition to so many other options. They even switch it up from day to day so you have different choices. The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

Nice modern looking hotel with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Loved the hot breakfast options! Close to airport with free shuttle, lots of transportation options into downtown.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is amazing and realky clean, BUT is close to an airport and you can everything at night, even during the day. The first night was a dog there and was barking at midnight 😏

I was traveling with my children and we were given a room with a view of the city as it was the children’s first time to Chicago area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kids were also excited for the hot cocoa served in the drink area. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was as we expected with plenty of options.

Clean and quiet hotel near O’Hare airport and within walking distance of Allstate Arena.

I gotta say I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will book with them again if Im around chicago again. The room looks clean and VERY spacious with affordable price. It has heated pool and a gym. Also I paid extra to include the breakfast buffet during my visit which was worth it.

Had a great splash pad for younger children. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
