Concierge was very helpful. My daughter turned 13 and wanted her friends to stay at the hotel and go swimming. Chica was so helpful and answered all my questions. I went to her several times trying to use the key from the app. The breakfast was very good…mainly the Belgian Waffles. The girls loved it.

Considering the other reviews I had much higher expectations of this facilty. We had 2- studio suites, the rooms lay out was awkward and not the greatest when it came to functionality. The linens were dirty. The pull out sofa had some large stain on it, we ended up getting a blow up mattress at Walmart instead. The pool was small, however the kids still very much enjoyed it. The employees were all wonderful, the ladies in charge of breakfast were so attentive and kind. Those two gals were the highlight of this hotel. The location is great, however there are many hotels in the vicinity and we will not be returning to this one. For the price I expected more.

Rude staff/Unclean room
The morning desk clerk was rude and treated my husband and I unwelcome. The room wasn’t as clean as a hotel room should be especially considering it is a Marriott franchise. We were staying here to see my son graduate from Navy Bootcamp and I am extremely glad we only stayed here one night to avoid traffic the morning of graduation. We spent the rest of our Chicago trip in downtown Chicago and at a much nicer hotel.

Comfortable stay with all the amenities
My family of 5 stayed 5 nights at the Springhill Marriott. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My only minor complaint was that we did not have enough towels for the 5 of us, but we made do. Breakfast was fantastic with great staff keeping food well stocked all the way up to the 9 or 10 am closing time. I really appreciated that they didn’t start packing away breakfast early or let things run out. The indoor pool was nice and the kids loved getting pool time even when it was cold and snowy outside. The cleaning staff was very kind, and our room was cleaned every other day. We will definitely stay here again as we have family in the area.
