This hotel is in a great location so that was a plus. It's family owned, but it absolutley needs some serious upgrades! You can tell they haven't put much money into the up keep. And the breakfast was laughable but at least they offered something! They also need to hire better staff and offer some training because the people working there were quite dense. Not welcoming at all. They seemed unintrested and half sleep the whole time we were there. We asked for more towels and they act like it was against the rules or something! My kids enjoyed the pool however we had to deal with a karen! So yea over all id give them a 1/5. Definitely won't ever stay there again! Save your money folks. Unless you don't mind dirt and cigarette smells everywhere!

The breakfast didnt have any juice it was out of order, only sugar free jelly. The rooms were clean and pool and hot tub were in good condition. Super close to Gurnee Mills mall and lots of restaurants.

Friendly and efficient desk workers
The workers were very friendly and accommodating. Great location-close to Six Flags-Great America. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Older facility, but suited our purpose just fine. Plenty of parking spots.
