"I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed. The apartment exceeded my expectation, it was even nicer than the photos, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant food was delicious. The location was perfect, with everything close by, and it catered beautifully for my children. The five spa pools were a real highlight, and having a park just across the road was an added bonus. I would also like to give a special mention to Tama, who is truly an incredible asset to your team. My son had been unwell in the car, and as I was alone with two boys, I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Tama noticed this and went above and beyond to help me clean my car and car seats something not many people would offer to do. His kindness and willingness to help meant so much to me. Thank you so much, Tama you truly make this place special."

"I travel often for work. This was the best location I've stayed at. Lovely owner, beautiful room, and a very friendly cat to keep me company. Thank you Jinxy and Mark! "

"Very nice. We were in the newer section in the back - the space worked for us. Overall the hotel is fine - we ate dinner there once. Sat on the porch which was a little cold - they have plastic curtains to close it off (to a degree) and radiant heaters. Seems like they were a bit light on staffing - saw only 2 waitstaff - so they had a hard time keeping up. We were there at the end of the season (mid April) so I need to cut them some slack. Russell is nice and peaceful, but quite small. Stayed for 3 nights which was probably one night too long."

"Was definitely in low season. Paid for breakfast, none to be found. No employees. Pool area locked up after dinner. Disappointed."
