“This property had the most fantastic view of any place we have ever stayed! The view of the best falls in the area are from our well equipped balcony. We enjoyed dining/happy hour/ reading on our balcony with a symphony of sounds unsurpassed. The condo itself is beyond comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of. Above and beyond any rental you will ever find. Host was fantastic as well as his property manager. There is so much to do in this area. Best vacation ever! Thank you! ”

“WE wanted a get a way and rented this property for 3 weeks. We had short visits from our three children and families and the rest of the time we enjoyed being together alone. We found the location to be very well located for many activities, venues, restaurants and vistas. “This property was the perfect rental for our five nights stay in Sapphire, North Carolina. All the beautiful walking trails and waterfalls were within a short drive, the farmers market and tons of restaurants were about a five minute drive away and beautiful Lake. “Beautifully decorated condo, with every thing you could ever need ! Kitchen was nicely stocked, lots of dishes, pots and pans as we love to cook. Our two small dogs loved the outdoors, as it was super quiet and full of places to walk. We also loved swimming in the Sandy beach area near the Marina. Close to Rosman for river tubing (use the outfit in the town for a nice 3 hour experience) and fishing. Also close to Sapphire and Cashiers. A great stay and a great property. “Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. “First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. “This apartment got the job done but has a few things that would make a long term stay annoying. It smells pretty musty in there so we lit candles the whole time, we couldn't open windows as most of the screens had holes in them. The fan for the AC unit was so loud outside the first bedroom it was a treat to walk outside and not hear it anymore. Also, the bathroom sink in the first bathroom leaks so badly if you have it on while brushing your teeth water gets everywhere. I dont know that we would...
