“This is an excellent hotel; I have used it frequently and will continue to do so. These items will not prevent me from staying there. Two cons: 1) The TV and bed are arranged at right angles in the room. It makes it difficult to watch while in the bed. The TV swivels some but not much. 2) Not really the hotels fault but the traffic noise from 421 is very noticeable in the rooms on the front side. The backside rooms are probably quieter. Left turns out if the parking lot can be tricky……

“This has my Five Star rating for this class of lodging. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is spotless and well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Well prepared and wide choice of breakfast bar selections. Good location, convenient to restaurants and shopping plazas.”

“The only drawback was that the location is not the most convenient to enter and exit. Outside of this slight inconvenience, the facilities and our luxury suite were phenomenal! Everything felt very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff were all so pleasant and helpful, even lending a bottle opener. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations and was delightful to top it all off. We will absolutely recommend and come back!”

“Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless. ”

“When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! ”
