They are in the process of remodeling but the room we stayed in was great. Very nice and roomy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a great stay. And will check with them on our next visit.

Check-in was a nightmare. The lobby was full of people waiting up to 2 hours to check-in because rooms had not been cleaned. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and were cleaned daily.

Great Value in a Great Location!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants, which made dining out super easy. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely book again!

The room was fine. I did tell the front desk the first morning of stay that the toilet tank wasn't filling up the first night before and we couldn't flush toilet, they assured me someone would come up and check while we were out. They did not send anyone I continued to have to take the back of the toilet off and pull up the handle to fill up the tank myself every time we used the bathroom. I let them know at the front desk when I left, but that was that. Bummer, it would have been an easy fix.

Enjoyed the location to everything Boone has to offer. The rooms were clean Clean and the breakfast was the usual breakfast offered by the chain. Overall a good experience. We will definitely stay there again

Fabulous remodel!

The room was spotless, beds were comfortable with both soft and firm pillows, and breakfast was great with warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, and pancakes. This has been our best stay anywhere in Boone in 3 years.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Friendly staff, nicely renovated, spacious room, and perfectly located near the University and restaurants. Breakfast options were ok. If I’m back in the area, I would stay here again.
