“This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”

“The entry way was a mess with construction, there was no one to check guests in for several minutes. The tv didn’t work.”

“The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. The only downfall was the elevator broke the second day and the pool had to close early one night because of a minor cut from a……

“I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”
