It was a nice place to stay; it was roomy and up-to-date, close to the freeway and shopping, and a few minutes away from Sand Hollow.

This house is lacking

The house is lovely, the beds are decent but it lacks so much. The rental agent flat out says they will charge you more when you rent from VRBO or other third party venues. The place was clean but lacked so many things…no Kleenex, not hot pads, not enough detergent and they they make you strip the beds and start laundry (they charge a fortune for cleaning but you do a great deal of it. The TV was spotty and rarely worked for more than 30 seconds at a time. The hot tub (which was good) was filthy.

Wonderful rental place

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Very clean and spacious. The kids loved the games and pool. We all had a great amount of space to relax and socialize. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, and all the essentials needed.

Fun Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and access to trails and outdoor activities. The hot tub was great - it was nice to have our own. The property manager was very easy to work with and helped us with some issues. We’d stay here again!

Here to visit family and enjoy the recreational activities in the area. This property is well furnished, comfortable and clean. Good location to use as base for the many recreational activities in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean good size place!

This place was easy to get to, clean well Stocked and enough space for everyone. It was so nice having the hot tub on site! We didn’t get a chance to use all of the fun things in the house but loved it as an option! There’s a foosball table, ping pong, xbox and a giant game board in the bunk room! Not to mention the fire pit outside! It was a great stay!

Not the worst, but not the best either

Overall, we had a pleasant stay & the home was set up well. There were some issues tho… The main draw for choosing this property was the private hot tub. It was clear when booking that they charge a “hot tub cleaning fee.” Ok, fair enough. When we arrived, the hot tub was dirty & when the jets were turned on, it foamed up a lot. Since we arrived at 9pm Thurs, I didn’t call the prop management until Fri morning. The receptionist assured me someone would be by that day (Fri) & that she would let me know an approx time. I didn’t hear ANYTHING back. On SUNDAY morning. someone arrived to clean the hot tub. We had already been there 3 nights into our 5 night stay. I let the prop management know this & they kindly refunded me the hot tub cleaning fee. But the main reason we booked this place was to have a CLEAN & PRIVATE hot tub. Disappointing. Overall, the place was just like it’s pictured. The home has a nice layout. The beds were comfortable (big plus)! Somewhat clean (baseboards were dirty & so was the tile floor in the kitchen). Most properties provide at least the first mornings worth of coffee…not here. Just be prepared ;) The contract & having to download an app were all put offs to me about this rental. They also have labels with #’s on all the items in the kitchen, but the #’s didn’t match what was actually there. I guess I understand the need to do that, but at least be accurate about it. It made me feel like I had to report every little thing that was “off” so we wouldn’t be blamed for taking it or damaging it. Overall, I gave it a good star rating bc I liked the area & the beds were comfortable. I would stay in this area again, but probably wouldn’t rent through this company (Utahs Best).

Great place

Pictures are accurate! Super clean, close enough to plenty of food and shopping. Hot tub and firepit were awesome! Loved the pool. Close drive to Zion! Would stay again.

A Home Away From Home

Great Townhouse! Very comfortable, all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable beds!!! Hot tub and community pool were wonderful for the hot days and chilly nights. Came to ride mountain bikes, loved having the garage to keep them in when not in use. Only complaint no hot pads had to use the small kitchen towel which is not ideal.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. The furniture is comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and the back patio was delightful. The kids loved the foozball and ping pong tables as well. Great spot for a family!

Family getaway

Clean, well stocked, easy location to get to. Super fun amenities that my kids were excited for! Decorated cute. Beds firm but comfy. Reasons for 4 stars not 5: no batteries or chargers for x-box controllers, no paddles for ping pong table, hot tub was less than 5star clean, and couldn't adjust thermostat lower than 72. To be fair, I didn't contact management or give them a chance to rectify the issues, we were gone all day and would get back after hours so we didn't have a chance. I would definitely stay here again, these issues weren't deal breakers but would've made our stay much more enjoyable =)

I might there again BUT...

The good: beautiful house, gorgeous decor, lots to do between the hot tub, fire pit, foosball table, xBox and TVs with streaming services. And the owners had set up a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. The bad: the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived at 4:30pm so we had to call the management company (who responded, "can you just avoid those areas?") before agreeing to send out a cleaning company. Long story short and almost 4 hours later, our house was ready for our stay. The management company did not bother to follow up with us - I emailed them 2 days later requesting a price adjustment for our inconvenience, which the management company did quickly grant. I had also requested new ping-pong paddles since two of the four were broken and the company did drop off a new set of paddles and balls soon after. Would I stay there again? Based on the house and the amenities, yes for the right price. (But not in the summer - the swimming pool in the complex is tiny - there are other properties with much nicer pools.) But based on the management company probably not. Note to the house owners: The ottoman needs a wooden table so there is somewhere to set your drink while in the living room. And it's time to replace the stained, worn-out towels.

Nice home away from home

This was a great property, and it served us well! Nicely decorated, and very clean. Our only disappointment was not having any paddles or ping pong balls provided for the table in the garage. But that was minor. We would definitely stay again.
