I made the request through the on-line portal along with requesting the same from the hotel associate upon check-in. I was told that the room had been thoroughly cleaned and would be free from pet dander, but we found that wasn't the case. We found loose strands of pet hair on the second day of our stay, after my partner began experiencing allergy symptoms throughout the night. This should not have been the experience that I'm memorializing through writing this post.
