"Place as promised, contemporary decorated up to date, clean, space efficient. Does not feel small at all, two rooms and two TVs! Nice equipped kitchen. I found no air temp control and was a bit chilli all night, but never contacted the owner. It was perfect, easy parking and entry."

"My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!"

"Dana was an incredible host! Extremely communicative and accommodating. The pool house is tidy and providing a cozy place to live for the week. I was able to make several meals and the kicthen is well stocked with all utensils you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet and made it easy to work from the location as well. I would absolutely book again and plan to on future trips. "

"After having to text the owner for arrival instructions multiple times the day of my arrival, I finally received a message with a code for the door. The exterior door didn't work well and was not very secure at all. "My husband and I were in town to visit relatives for a few days. The place was as advertised. Comfortable king sized bed (we didn’t use the queen bedroom since it was just us.) We did try to contact the owner because the WiFi wasn’t working, but never heard back from him. It really wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time there anyways. Very close to downtown."

"We had the most wonderful and very special stay at the cabin. The hosts were extremely helpful before we arrived, they answered questions swiftly and gave great recommendations. The view takes your breath away and I got up every morning to watch the sunrise and listen to the wildlife, it was very special and made leaving today very difficult. The cabin is lovely and well kitted out, it had everything we needed. I really could not recommend this place and the hosts enough, amazing, thank you."

"My father, my cousin and I visited for a week long fishing trip. It was a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing wrap around covered porch. We had great views when we were not on the water. This property also has a private covered boat dock which was super convenient. It's also a gated entry so very private and secluded. Overall great place to say, would definitely come back."
