Central in location, you will be a five-minute drive to Main Street restaurants and entertainment, the YMCA, Thomas Collge, and Colby College. Fall and winter are great times of year to enjoy the nearby walking trails for hiking and cross-country skiing.

This is a three-story apartment building with three separate living spaces divided by floors. The third floor is this Airbnb rental, offering guests a comfortable, convenient, private place to stay. Located on the second floor is another separate Airbnb apartment.

This apartment is located in the historic residential area of Waterville. Colby College is so close the Chapel can be seen from the apartment window! It is less than 5 minutes to Main Street, the YMCA, and Colby. Inland Hospital is less than 10 minutes, and Maine General Hospital in Augusta or Redington-Fairview Hospital in Skowhegan is 25 minutes away. You are minutes from many downtown Waterville restaurants and bars.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
• No parties or events, smoking, or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• No pets or unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please leave trash enclosed in a garbage bag and in the garbage cans to next to the entrance labeled "Gregory's."
• During the winter months, the driveway and entrance will be cleared for you. Please feel free to help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be plowed. Please note, refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
• For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the apartment.

*Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in. Failure to sign this contract prior to check-in will be proof of the guests acknowledgment of the contract and proof of the guests full consent to the terms presented in the contract.
