“This is a great place to stay. Very handy for the town centre and Apex theatre. It’s very well presented, clean and very friendly.

“We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views……
“Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. ”
“A lovely room nestled in a beautiful courtyard.
The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and other furniture. The bathroom was modern and shower gel and shampoo provided. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided in room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough.”

“We had a very pleasant stay with Maggie and Paddy at The Old Rectory. The accommodation was excellent as was the food at breakfast and dinner. A fine place to drive from to the outlying towns and villages.”
“What an amazing location, set in the middle of an expanse of fields my as I drove down the road that leads to the mill there were rabbits, deer and pheasants scattering in front of the car. The gardens and pond are beautiful and the room perfectly clean and the mill has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. An early breakfast of home made bread with coffee watching the sun rise over a unbroken vista of fields not another house in sight.
