"w8sh i got her name or remember her name.. I didn't get to the days inn 230 am ..and u would thought it was 2 p.m She had a bubbly attitude.. So friendly.. I was worried even though I called head of time and told them. Worried that the person would be tired upset that had to get up or stop there work to check me inn.. She was so helpful to on how close different place were from there.. Told her about going to casino. When she was me leaving said good luck with a smile.. And also made sure I got my points on there membership program. And informed me that I can use the points for more then on a room..she said couple thing's..that was really nice to know helpful.. I had a nice room very clean..even the house keeping staff present any time i saw them"

"Main door is being worked on right now, so had to enter through sides. Staff was nice, but you have to pay $15/night for parking — weird considering the parking lot isn’t gated so anyone could come in/out."

"A lovely historic hotel in downtown Cedar Falls where I was born and raised. My grandmother actually worked as a housekeeper here around 1914. The room was quaint and had lovely antique furniture. I was put off though that there was a charge for water as it is usually complimentary. There was a jacuzzi tub but it did not seem to work. The entry door was very difficult to open and I twice had to return to the desk to get help. It would take a shoulder to get it open so not optimal for someone who has had surgery in both shoulders and has very arthritic hands! But still happy to have spent one night in this historic place!"

"Charming and cozy! There was enough space for five of us to be comfortable. The property is in a nice neighborhood and quiet setting. Check in and out was very simple and the host communicates well. Cell signal is pretty bad so the wifi is nice. Waverly is a beautiful little town."
