“It was a really nice place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board was that there were some stains in the cement of the pool. They didn't stop me from swimming, though.”

“This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.”

“The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. “Overall, not bad for the price. Nice staff. The property had some good upgrades but likely needs some more work. The room was clean enough for what we needed, but it did have pet hair on the comforter, which could have just been from someone cleaning the room who owned a pet. The bed was firm, but decent. The AC in room 219 made a squeaking fan sound all night. Breakfast was as expected, and it did include eggs and sausage when we went on 7/1/2026. The pool was open and clean, with……
