Front desk women working night shift always on our case. Incorrectly assuming people we're staying in the room even though they were just hanging out in our room. Seemed like they didn't want to work there, getting mad that we were leaving the hotel room after they had just mopped the floor. I suggest they work on their customer service.

We have stayed here before for our softball tournaments and we have always been happy with the service, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast is always good and has a lot of variety.
