The staff was pleasant and the hotel was newer with a nice lobby area. Unfortunately, while our son was standing at the bathroom sink in our suite washing his hands the front panel fell off on his foot. I notified the front desk immediately and they apologized and said they would let maintenance know. No one from maintenance ever arrived prior to check out. No one checked in with us to make sure my son was okay. I had to inquire with them at check out to make sure they were aware of issue in our bathroom. She did find the notation of the issue and injury to my son’s foot. She mentioned this has happened before with that piece of the vanity falling off. It was a busy weekend so I would like to give staff/management some grace but I have still never heard from anyone nor was anything done to attempt to rectify the situation.
The panel that fell off directly onto my child’s foot while he was washing his hands.

The staff members were nice. The room we checked into had a dirty toilet. We asked the staff to clean and remedy the toilet and they handed us a plunger. We hadn’t made the mess but they asked us to fix it. We went back to the front desk and they kindly switched us to a new room which was clean and the staff did this with kindness. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean
