"The waterfront is a great value, a great location and the staff could not be nicer & more accommodating - front desk, night shift, bar/restaurant crew. Heather does an amazing job with the place and the staff!! Can’t wait to see them again (just wish there were laundry facilities)."

"The bathroom smelled like sewer. We kept the fan on which helped a lot. I think renovations are in the works which is great. The location was great."

"Very beautiful old hotel, well maintained. Several lights in the room didn’t work. Tub/ shower very dangerous for a short, older person to use. Towels were on a very high shelf."
The Cowboy Cabin, secluded and peaceful, only 5 min from town & sleeps 4.

"The unit was smaller than appeared in the photos. I would recommend a vehicle with 4 wheel or All wheel drive to access cabin. There was an issue with Port a John however Host communicated and made accommodations accordingly. A suggestion of mud boots would have been appreciated as location is natural and untamed. It was an enjoyable stay and I would consider it again."
