Clean rooms and property. Family atmosphere with shade trees and picnic tables. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Owner on site and very friendly and available. Only downside is that cable and WiFi seem to be overwhelmed. Slow and spotty service.

I made a reservation for a 2-bedroom pet-friendly efficiency room for 2 nights. The check-in process was easy and the staff was nice. However, when I entered the room, I noticed that the whole area was quite outdated and in need of maintenance. The curtains were falling apart, there were wires hanging out from the flat screen, and the top of the refrigerator was very dusty. The paint was peeling off in several areas and the bathroom was small and had cracks with peeling paint. The room had a musty smell as well. The only decent part of the room was the bedrooms. The sheets were clean and the beds were made neatly, and there was good space for luggage. However, I didn't even dare to use the stove as it was stained and dirty. The couch was also stained. I definitely will not be returning and would not recommend this place. It was overpriced for what it offered, especially considering the $811 cost plus a $75 pet fee. The management really needs to do some upkeep.

Great swimming pool. Quiet atmosphere. However, the cottage we were given (#6) had a broken blind in 1 bedroom, the fridge light flickered, the microwave turntable didn't work and it had a crack. The #1 problem was that the toilet never stopped running. Management was informed twice but it never got fixed.

I like that I could bring my dog so that is a plus. Rooms were ok but mosquitos in the room made it annoying till I sprayed Raid. Pool was good, free parking and no too far from town

This review is for the collage we stayed in to the rear of the property as well as the cottages that were in the same proximity that we could visually inspect from the exterior. Overall there was a lot of deferred maintenance….sagging floors, concave roofs, construction debris tossed to the rear of our unit. Inside there were ants on the counter, broken blinds and old dated furniture. The staff was very nice, but overall we would not recommend the cottages. Time for the owner to reinvest in the property.

We walked into our room to find disgusting bugs everywhere! Front desk couldn’t care less and the manager wouldn’t credit us even though we had just checked in so they kept our $200 for nothing!!!!! Do not stay here!!!

We appreciated help from staff in assuring us a ground floor level unit - and help when we asked for it to use the a/c. The bed was very comfortable & there were plenty of towels, etc. However, a lot of the equipment was extremely high up (including the on/off switch for the a/c) so that my husband had to stand on a chair to reach it. The bathroom sink was so tiny - and there was no real storage space there so it was difficult to use. No hanging space either. The internet service was spotty on our laptop - I was never able to access it on my phone.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, ice machine was nearby . i did find room could use updating in lighting ,and one bed very close to the wall ,was shared by two people,difficult to get out on that side.
