“Very clean, recently renovated unit. View of the marsh was great. Perfect for couples getaway. Kitchenette was stocked with needed items such as soap, sponge, paper towels. We plan to stay here again. ”

Communication with the host was fast and quick responses. Having the large yard allowed our dogs room to enjoy the house. Enough open space on first floor for the dog crates.”

“The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated having our linens supplied, the very clear house manual with all instructions and clear communication on how to access the house. We also liked how the host checked in to see how we were doing and if we had any needs. This house was also pet friendly.”

“My next door neighbors in Loft D had very loud children that continued way past midnight for the first night of my 3-night stay. I was in Salisbury on some very sensitive business and I needed a good night sleep each night. I texted Brant the next morning and he addressed it professionally and promptly. The next two nights were quiet. I really appreciate how this was handled.”

“Great house, great location! We are a family of four and stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the beach, the Nature Reserve, and a creamery. If we'd had more time we would have loved to take the kayaks out! Four people can easily fit in the suite upstairs, which has a full bath, television, and living room type arrangement. Our kids felt like sleeping in one of the downstairs rooms on the second night, so they used that room as well, and were very comfortably there as well. We did not use the room……

“Property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for our girls getaway weekend. Townhouse is spacious and comfortable. Decor is very cute. We lived the coastal theme so much. Plenty to do within a 5 mile drive and very easy to find. Mr. Whippy’s coffee was delicious as was the ice cream at the Island Creamery. Dinners at Steamers (the Friday night Prime rib was delicious) and Bill’s Prime Seafood and Steaks were delicious. Be sure to bring your appetite when you visit Chincoteague ……

“This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. I appreciated the hands off check-in/check-out process. Staff communicated via text and email and were available if we needed to get in touch,……
