"We were initially placed in a room that had a strong fish-like odor. When we requested a room change, the staff moved us to another room, but it also had no hot water. The cleanliness of the room was concerning—the couch had no protective cover, the mattress appeared dirty, and multiple members of our party became itchy after sitting or sleeping on the furniture and bedding. The bathroom door hinge was loose, and the door had to be lifted in order to close properly. The pool was also closed...
