“After a three hour drive we arrive at the room with the anticipation that we would have a pleasant relaxing two night stay and enjoy the condo. We had two major issues: The entry code was not working and it took multiple attempts to enter the room. It took us about ten minutes to enter. Finally as we entered the room we were hit with a dirty rancid smell and when we turned the light on we saw cleaning supplies everywhere dirty towels on the floor, the hot tube and bathroom were filthy.
