It was perfect. Close to all the events and to the Full Throttle Bar. You can hear all of the music from the porch. The host was very responsive and friendly. The horses are friendly and come running when you call them. The one thing that could have been better is if we had a couple dresser drawers to put our stuff In. It was absolutely perfect. Jessica is wonderful and always available to answer questions. It’s a cute and simple place to stay. Close to all of the venues but left it so we could come back to quiet! We were close enough to Full Throttle we even enjoyed some of the concerts from the porch. As a bonus: Loved making friends with the animals on the ranch.
