Stream runs along the property. Pond in the rear of the property. Winter: Snowmobile & snowshoe right outside the door. 15 Minutes from MT Snow and the Hermitage club Fall: Foliage, Hiking, Breweries 6 Bedroom/2 Bath sleeps up to 18 guests. Ground level- bedroom#2,3,4 1st level- bedroom#1 2nd Level- bedroom#5,6 New Hot Tub right outside the Master bedroom in the ground level \* - Primary renter must be 30 and over \*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.) \*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id \*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout.
