Let me first say that the rooms are beautifully made and clean! The staff are kind and VERY attentive! At check-in, the Front Desk mistakenly charged the wrong card instead of the card that was provided at check-in. The Manager immediately took care of the situation—it was the quickest assistance I've ever received regarding situations like this and I'm sincerely appreciative! Their attentiveness to how they handled this - shows me their genuine concern for their guests. Thank you guys!
