Enjoy this Resort style Ocean Front and Boardwalk front property with the largest best pool and courtyard in all of Wildwood! My condo offers a 2 bedroom, one bath. Very spacious set up. Kitchen provides all the amenities of home. Bring your family and start making memories of your own and return for years to come. This resort is located at the south end of the boardwalk. Also take a ride on the tram car just outside the property. This complex is high end for a reason. Large pool and separate kiddie pool. We have the largest greatest courtyard with cabanas and plenty of seating and tables whether you want to gather around at night or during the day. You can also gather on the beach that is lit up from the boardwalk lights at night. We offer a pool, Hot tub, gym, clean outside grills and bathrooms for your convenience. It also offers 24/7 security guards and cameras throughout the complex for your safety. Bring your bikes and lock them up in secure monitored gated area.

It was just OK.
We went to Wildwood for a business planning retreat. We picked the worst weekend to go. A tropical storm showed up right when we did. We ended up having to stay in the unit all weekend long and didn't get to enjoy anything about the town. The wind howled all day and night and the building was like a wind tunnel. This unit was very convenient to the sun deck and pool but the sun deck wall made it very difficult to see the beach. The internet worked great the whole time so that was a plus. The building was very secure which was nice but it made checking in complicated. Locks were all old school keys. No electronic locks. The unit was very cute in the pictures but upon arrival and actually seeing it, there were a bunch of half assed improvements that made it look cheap. Sad because if done properly it could have been very nice. The beds were hard as a brick. We got a cup out of the cabinet and it still had an unwashed yard sale sticker on it. Yuck! That made us feel leery of the cleanliness of everything after that. There was no way to lock the slider to the sundeck from the outside. I don't normally write reviews but I wish I had know some of these things before I booked so hopefully you find this helpful.

Unsure as to which of the three keys given worked what. Hadn't seen anything about checkout process so left note on VRBO app. Contact person graciously offered to let us use sheets because we we coming from so far away via plane. However, sheets were ripped and really thin. Pillows we basically none existant. Really thin and we needed about 3 more. We did wash but washers and dryers were busy at Towers on checkout day so we had to go to laundromat to fulfill our end of the deal. Light in fan in master not working. A/c worked well but would not stay at 72 as we would have liked it. We would leave for an hour and come have to 76/78! Needs light over table unable to play cards- people with back to wall couldnt see. All sliding doors do not glide. Hard to opend and close: Shower, closets, patio. Shower area NEEDS UPDATING. Tables in LR need painting TV reception HORRIBLE Unable to connect fire stick so we could watch Netflix etc. HD sucked. Patio needs new cushions thin and uncomfortable. No tissues were available to us, holder was empty. Thank you for leaving the sand chairs with the sand already on them. We left them in the same condition. Building issue: when we went to the beach through the side door, we we not able to getbeack thru the same door. No key worked had to walk around. Pool area beautiful. We have misplaced one pool tag, sorry. Kitchen: nice

Alot of repairs need to be done. Patio door does not lock from outside, no cold water in the bathroom sink. Nest thermostat keeps turning off and i would go for a 15 mile bike ride and upon arriving home the unit would be 75°.Screen door was totally out of whack!

We loved our stay at this property, it was spotless and the location was perfect for close access to the convention center where we spent a large majority of our time. The condo walks out to the pool deck with gorgeous ocean front views and the boardwalk is right downstairs! Tina was super helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location and stay
This was the perfect location for a long weekend in Wildwood. The condo is cute and was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook (other than the food itself). This is located on the same floor as the pool, so it was extremely convenient to exit the gate on the balcony and cross over to the next door building to enjoy the beautiful pool, including perfect kiddie pool (my 2 year old son was entertained for HOURS, and that never happens) and hot tub! Everyone was extremely friendly and you can't beat the location.

Off Season Adventure
The listing is clearly not changed based on the season. There was a window washing platform parked on the balcony, caution tape on the rooftop patio, pool and hot tub are not operational, no grill as stated, and the entire road in front of the building-parking was blocked. After driving around the block 3 times, we simply drove past the "road closed" signs. For the apartment, several lights did not work and the kitchen was not clean. The knives are not at all sharp and the only pair of scissors in the drawer were broken. There was no frying pan so we had to go buy one (brought steak for the grill). The walk to the beach was just outside the building and it is on the boardwalk, so a plus there. I would say this is not a great "off season" place to stay unless it is better explained as to what you will not have. I have hopes that the regular season accommodations are better suited to the listing.

Great vacation property. Perfect location! Close to everything. Looks exactly like photos. Super neat and clean. Met several great owners that were friendly and helpful. Pool is great! Overall, this is a perfect little place to stay with your kiddos or just an adult weekend away. Such a perfect location and this particular unit was INSANELY clean! Honestly, cleanliness is probably one of the most important parts to me, and this was so, so clean. Little trouble getting into the unit, but owner was very responsive and helpful.

The property is slightly dated and there are some minor things they could do to fix it up. The bathroom is dark and some more light bulbs in the fixtures would solve that easily. The high chairs around the island all sag in the middle and are very uncomfortable - they could be fixed easily. The front door does not have a chain lock - which would make people feel safer. The sliding doors are slightly broken and the curtains are also need to be fixed. There was construction going on outside (on the beach - the main road) and insdie the building. It would have been nice to have know that before we booked. The location is good and the kitchen was very nice. No TV"s in the bedrooms but the beds were comfortable. Not alot of closet or drawer space. Place was a little dirty we found a dirty sock under the couch in the living area. Slightly disappointed in our stay. would give it 3.5 starts out of 5

The advertisement of this property was not in any way, what it was.
We were told that a cleaning person/persons clean the condo before we arrive. Upon arrival we found candy wrappers under the pull out bed and the front glass door was dirty. we rented for 6 people and were embarrassed at the pool on the first day because we were only given 5 pool passes. we called the owner and she told us where to go to get the 6th pass. to find out from another owner, that this condo was originally a one bedroom condo which was converted to a 2 bedroom, which means that the owner only gets 5 pool passes for a one bedroom. We couldn't open the dresser drawers at the same time we opened the closet door because the dressers were in the closets. It all made sense, because a one bedroom was converted to a 2 bedroom and there was no room to put a dresser in either bedroom. The larger bedroom had an area rug placed over wall to wall carpeting and you couldn't open or close the bedroom door without folding the area rug up. The reason for the area rug was because the c wall to wall carpeting was gross. We have rented from airbnb and never had a problem. We will never go through vrbo again. The price we paid for this condo was definitely not worth it.
