Do NOT stay here. We were on our honeymoon from April 16-22, 2024. One of the workers came into our room and stole money from my wallet and my fanny pack which were inside my bookbag. We had only two days left so we knew the staff was going to drag their feet about resolving the issue because our time was limited. We spent our last two days chasing managers, supervisors, Edwin, Jennifer (hotel managers), Julia, Duska Dirksz, Daniel (concierge managers), and Security manager Max who apparently is the ONLY one who has access to the camera, and videos footage. We were told all day Sunday that someone is working on seeing who tapped into our room from the tap card reader, just for them to tell us at 11pm that night that unfortunately they wasn’t able to get it done today and to have a little more patience as if we weren’t leaving the next morning. Their solution was to interview “interrogate” the person who came into our room to see if she would admit to stealing our money. (Yea right) Get this, supposedly this staff is already on probation, I can’t make this up! We left today April 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. They told us they will be interrogate the worker at 2:00 and will email us with the outcome. SHOCKER ALERT! We landed and we received response that said “the worker had denied all doing and now the case is closed!” NOT!!! They didn’t offer us anything for our lost. You can tell this is not the first time and it sure won’t be the last.
