Very clean rooms and grounds..Staff very impressive..They were eager to answer any questions and to help in any situation. Food was excellent..only negative was the evening music at beach which interrupted our 9pm bedtime for children and sometimes annoying.

I celebrated my birthday here and loved the place and the people; the convenience of having so many things being within walking distance, or having the option to call an available taxi service was great. My only big complaint was that 2 of the 5 restaurants available at this property require that prior reservations be made, however, for my entire stay there, they were completely booked and I was never able to eat there. The BBQ and Italian Restaurant which I was most looking forward to trying, left me extremely disappointed.

Do NOT stay here. We were on our honeymoon from April 16-22, 2024. One of the workers came into our room and stole money from my wallet and my fanny pack which were inside my bookbag. We had only two days left so we knew the staff was going to drag their feet about resolving the issue because our time was limited. We spent our last two days chasing managers, supervisors, Edwin, Jennifer (hotel managers), Julia, Duska Dirksz, Daniel (concierge managers), and Security manager Max who apparently is the ONLY one who has access to the camera, and videos footage. We were told all day Sunday that someone is working on seeing who tapped into our room from the tap card reader, just for them to tell us at 11pm that night that unfortunately they wasn’t able to get it done today and to have a little more patience as if we weren’t leaving the next morning. Their solution was to interview “interrogate” the person who came into our room to see if she would admit to stealing our money. (Yea right) Get this, supposedly this staff is already on probation, I can’t make this up! We left today April 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. They told us they will be interrogate the worker at 2:00 and will email us with the outcome. SHOCKER ALERT! We landed and we received response that said “the worker had denied all doing and now the case is closed!” NOT!!! They didn’t offer us anything for our lost. You can tell this is not the first time and it sure won’t be the last.

Overall the resort was fine. The pool and beach were nice. The food and drinks were ok. My family loved the water slides. However, there wasn’t much entertainment which was disappointing.

First time going to this property, picked it due to the Hilton name, but I don’t find it lived up to the standards. The property is only 4 years old and is still in the learning phase. Check in for a gold member took about 30 minutes, as they only had one concierge available. The room was standard, but the safe and door lock were broken when we arrived at the room. Maintenance was very quick and took care of the problem within 2 hours.the food was good at all of the restaurants, but they often ran out of glassware and utensils. The main restaurant also had bird issues at breakfast and lunch. We had great service from Shana at the smoothie bar, Teddy at the Coco pool bar, Rafael at the Sushi Dushi and Mishmaella, at the main dining hall. If you needed to book reservations or get a car there was always lines. Curaçao was beautiful and the adventure we had going off the resort were amazing! I would recommend this place for families, as there were a lot of them. Was also wondering why the hotel does not off et a shuttle service to the airport, as most Hilton’s do? Cost of taxi is $35 US, both ways. We truly enjoyed our holiday, but will probably not be back to this property

The bed was very comfortable. The tap water is untreated. The food/ restaurants on the property are pretty good. The property size is small. The beach area is small and there are docked cruise ships daily in your view. Communications with this property are poor. Email responses are slow. Phone calls To onsite personnel are near impossible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff are terrific and very friendly. The Groove Diving shop on site, is also slow to respond and unreachable via WhatsApp. The drinks are average, the bartenders were inconsistent. They don’t have frozen beverages like daiquiris or mudslides. The pool area is awesome, the beach lagoon is rocky, the water park was fun. There is no game room. Overall the price was fair with the property, staff, food/drink.

Room was clean had no issues, the beach is underwhelming but chill. I recommend renting a car or moped to drive to the other beaches , definitely worth it. Ericson at the pool bar is fantastic. All the other bartenders are very very slow. Staff is extremely rude, especially servers. The food was below average and all of the restaurants were extremely slow. You can only make reservations at certain times and even when you make them, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will have a spot. The main pool is too deep without a ledge going around the sides to help with that.. especially since this is a family resort. The water slides only entertained kids for maybe 30 minutes and they didn’t want to go back. It is definitely not a Hilton quality resort by any means. We will go back to the island but we will not go back there.

We stayed at two hotels during our stay and unfortunately this hotel was not as great as we imagined. We really liked the convenience on being close to town and beaches we planned seeing as well as close to airport. So location was a plus. All inclusive food was good. Water park was great. The rest was poor. Service was not good, not friendly or helpful. Seemed like they don’t care and there is no menagment from above. Also understaffed. The whole resort seems to be not taken care off, it’s a beautiful hotel that definitely needs a good deep cleaning and some updates. We had a very bad service at the bbq restaurant. They didn’t take our order and served food. We were the only people with kids two little kids. One was crying as well so I have no idea how they didn’t notice us. We were also sitting in the middle second table from cook. Maybe you can blame it on being understaffed but while bringing this to menagment they also didn’t seem to care. Poor menagment and it’s a shame because this resort definitely has some potential. Our kid loved the waterpark and it was the best part of us staying there. Otherwise I would not recommend.

The resort is very family friendly. It’s a resort for if you just want to relax not to party. The views are beautiful. Only thing is when dining the birds are always around.

Food was good if you get the reservation required restaurants. Buffet had fair options but will get tiring by day 3. Snorkel and car rentals were inexpensive and allowed for easy travel to piskado (turtle beach), blue bay beach, and playa lagun. Nights had karaoke, live music, and dj. Days had various games and activities listed by the buffet. Cloudy in the morning, sunny in the afternoon, great weather overall, great sunsets. Very calm environment great way to relax.

The property was pretty clean the rooms were ok. The curtains were dirty. And a few towels in my room were dirty as well. I payed for an ocean front and when I go to the room it was more of a view looking at a dirty roof! They had to change my room

I didn’t like that the workers weren’t really friendly like every other resort I’ve been too and they also didn’t serve you drinks at buffet you had to do it yourself which was weird to me. They didn’t really have good entertainment either so we had to leave the resort for nightlife.

Overall it was a great resort but there was a lack of evening entertainment and the food was sub par. This resort is definitely for families compared to a couples resort.

Everything was exactly as I expected. Modern, clean room, beautiful beachfront(not thick white sand, but beautiful waterfront with beach chairs and umbrellas- extra $ for palapas and cabanas), and many wonderful dining options. The seafood restaurant was our favorite for atmosphere and view and the Italian was our favorite for food. We didn't try the others but did enjoy the high qualities of food at the Breezes buffet. Many Self- serve drink stations, ample bars, and a sweet little smoothie station. We just relaxed all week on the beach or by the pool and it was exactly the vacation we needed. There is a pharmacy close by, a hospital, and willemstaad within walking distance. We watched cruise ships come and go which was fun- they do block the water view a bit, but not totally. Overall, 9/10 for this great resort. Staff were helpful and pleasant as well and I'd highly recommend.

Loved the resort. Not overly crowded. Easy to access reservations with the app. They charge extra for the beach shelters. We had a few minor issues like door lock stopped working, AC started dripping, and a few times our room got missed by housekeeping but maintenance and housekeeping were prompt and quickly addressed the issues. We would recommend and happily stay there again.

Property is smaller which was nice for family/young children. Resort was busy but never overwhelming so. Staff is not very attentive for the most part. Much different than other Caribbean islands-might be cultural, but not very solicitous. Clean property with decent food. Sushi was excellent, rest of the food was good to fair. Rooms are nice. Beach is small but nice. Very blue water, cruise boats parked out front are distracting.

Horrible hotel!! Starting from the unkind, extremely unhelpful & rude staff to the lack of cleanliness. We started our trip getting into our room to find out the king bed we paid for is actually 2 twin beds pushed together which you can feel as soon as you lay down. The went to breakfast which was outside and there were a ton of birds which is understandable being in an outdoor setting but the staff leaves all the dirty plates out. There is no one coming around to clean it which would help the excessive bird problem which was not only disgusting but left lots of bird poop everywhere. Then we go onto the beach and we find out the hotel is having a movie being filmed there so 1/2 of the beach was off limits and the 1/2 that we were aloud on there were so many signs and staff telling us to be quiet. We tried to get a refund for all of the inconvenience and they refused due to it not being in their policy. The hotel is extremely dirty I have several pictures of black mold in restaurants and bars in the hotel. I am not a disgruntled guest I am just trying to warn people to stay away from this hotel as the island itself is so gorgeous it should not be jaded by this experience. Still awaiting a refund from the hotel.

Do not stay here. The staff is very slow and not concerned to clean tables in buffet during breakfast and lunch so you are literally eating next to birds flying over your heads and eating off tables next to you. They were filming at the time (which was not relayed to us) so beach bars and restaurants were not accessible at times. There are two parts to the hotel and both beaches are small. This is on the poorer side also there are cruise ships coming in everyday 2-3 a day so that becomes your view. Don’t expect anyone to hustle. Very disappointed

I stayed for 6 nights with my family and had a wonderful time. Hotel has a great water park which my son enjoyed to the fullest! Pools are big and not crowded which is a plus! Food was amazing! We enjoyed all of our meals! The bbq and the Italian restaurant were A . My only complaint is the amount of pigeons in the dining area. They are pretty aggressive and annoying! Wish the hotel did something to fix that. I will definitely go back to this hotel!

This is a 4 star hotel and on most days house keeping would say they didn't have wash cloths. The air conditioner leaked water on a daily basis and our door would not close properly. No top shelf liquor served.

Really loved our room. Service was an issue as far as getting our room cleaned in a timely manner. If we weren’t awake at 9 am when they tried to come in our room. I would put out the dnd sign then remove it when we left around 10 everyday. They wouldn’t. Clean or stock our room saying a picture was taken of the DND sign. I said that was out long enough for us to wake up and shower.

Property has nice beach. Food was decent. The hospitality and service is extremely poor. Had to chase down housekeeping to get necessities. Housekeeping would come in and make bed, leave trash cans overflowing, not replenish towels or toilet paper, etc. It says you can submit requests online (which we did), however we never got our supplies. Were told that there were no available towels or wash cloths and they were “drying”. How does a resort like this that is not at capacity run out of towels?? Not enough staff to service meals.. this allows pigeons to flock all over food next to you and walk all over tables. Tables were not cleaned in between guests and just a quick wipe and replenished silverware. Gross.
