Weekday getaway at the Hideaway
My boyfriend and I had an awesome stay at the Hideaway. It was an adventure from the time we jumped out to open the gate to "Our Cabin." We will recommend this place and come back ourselves. The hikes through the woods was exactly what we needed to unwind from our City lives. Life long memories for both of us.

5/5 Excellent

Great quiet getaway
My wife and I had a nice quiet weekend and enjoyed seeing the deer every morning outside of our bedroom window. The firewood that is supplied is awesome. It rained before we got there so it was wet. But we bought a Dura flame log at the grocery store to get it started and once it lit it burned all night.

5/5 Excellent

Nice cabin and area
Nice and clean property, always a pleasant stay. Owners are pleasant to talk to and are responsive.

5/5 Excellent

Nice quiet cabin
Modern relaxing cabin in the woods - deer came up to our bedroom window each morning.

3/5 Okay

Fall foliage trip
We visited PA for a fall foliage trip. The property is nicely located and is secluded from any nearby property and is in a serene environment. There are certain things that need to be addressed with regard to the maintenance of the cabin. The upstairs bathroom has a moldy smell. The shower curtain needs changed as it is stained on the inside facing the bath tub(upstairs bathroom). The heating/ vent covers needs some upkeep as this is all dirty and rusted. The cabin is in a good location and the experience can be improved by improving the interior of the cabin. The knife set has broken handles. The coffee maker needs to be replaced as it is all stained and rusted. The wifi was not working upon our arrival however the property manager fixed it promptly for us by sending a person as late as 10 PM to the cabin. Would recommend the cabin however needs some TLC for the interior
